Virgina Woolf Speaking on the Radio

I borrowed this marvelous clip from Condalmo. It's Virginia Woolf speaking on a 1937 BBC radio program.

Woolf is wonderfully interesting! Words do live in the mind. Kate, you always find the best videos. Thanks for posting this.

This is a wonderful find. It is so interesting to realize that her voice is nothing like I'd expected, and that it really does colour my impression of her somehow. Time to reread a little Woolf, I think.

That's totally weird Kate. Thanks very much. I'm so adding you to my blogroll - or whatever it's called. (Can you tell I'm new to blogging!?)
