Book Launch Details

The Toronto launch for my new book of short stories, All In Together Girls, will be held on April 22nd at 8:00 pm at Clinton’s Tavern (693 Bloor West).

I’ll be sharing the stage with Stuart Ross who will be launching his latest book of poems, I Cut My Finger.

Host Jennifer LoveGrove will preside over the evening’s festivities which will include readings by Stuart and I as well as an acoustic performance by guest musician Eric Bridenbaker.

Come and celebrate with us!

How exciting. I plan to order this book online at the end of the month. I doubt my bookstore will have it, they don't have anything, but I will in Ontario for around the launch, maybe I will be able to pick it up in a bookstore

I really wish I could. Have a fabulous time, Kate. I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of your book, but I expect it will take a while to reach me from Canada. I'll get there, though, never fear!

Hey Kate! I'm reading your stories and enjoying them very much. Hard to pick favourite, but I really took a shinging to...

All In Together Girls
After Grad
The Necklace
Measuring Up

and loved the ending of Checking Out!

Some of the stories bring me back to my childhood and teenage years, which is not necessarily a good thing, you know. You've managed to capture those wretched emotions beautifully.

Again, congratulations!
